Meet Olivia Pitkow, our Director of Operations on the Ron Young Team, who joined the team in 2017. Olivia is the organized and passionate backbone of the team, responsible for keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently, ensuring that they can serve clients and agents at the highest level possible. She takes pride in helping Ron and Carol with coordinating staging, photographers, and other tasks related to selling a home. Olivia is often referred to as the team's air traffic controller, as she expertly navigates multiple tasks and responsibilities with resourcefulness and a positive attitude. She has a love for real estate because of the entrepreneurial spirit and team building. Helping families in the community and agents on the team is very gratifying for her.

Olivia, originally from the beautiful countryside in York, PA, attended Shippensburg University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing and met her husband, Sam, who joined the Ron Young Team shortly after her.

In her spare time, Olivia loves taking care of her cat, Tucker, decorating and organizing her home, making healthy recipes, reading, exploring Conshohocken, and hiking taking her back to her roots. Olivia also values running as a way to maintain a resilient, growth-oriented mindset and takes pleasure in training for long-distance races. In the past few years, she has completed eight half-marathons and one full marathon, pushing herself to achieve her personal and physical goals.
