In today’s world, there is ever-evolving change and a need for creativity and technology to keep our clients on track to reach their real estate goals.
Below are a few ways our team is moving forward…
For Buyers:
- We offer online buyer appointments through Zoom meetings so you won’t need to leave your house to keep your home buying process moving forward
- By Governor Wolf’s order, we currently cannot physically show homes but we can provide you with a video tour or the Seller can FaceTime us for a virtual tour
- Pennsylvania Association of Realtors created a COVID-19 Addendum to use in the event parties within the transaction need to extend certain dates or time periods as a result of the Corona Virus.
- Throughout the transactions, all documentation can be signed electronically
- Buyers can skip settlement by obtaining a limited Power of Attorney. Title Companies are essential and are handling settlements with precaution. Buyers attending closing will be provided their own pen, can wear gloves, and will sign in a separate room
For Sellers:
- We offer online Zoom meetings for listing appointments
- All of our listings have video walk through tours. Virtual tours can help a buyer visualize the space to help make their purchasing decision
- Throughout the transactions, all documentation can be signed electronically
- Like buyers, sellers can sign a deed package so they do not have to attend the closing. The deed package will allow Ron or Carol to sign on the seller’s behalf at settlement
- We are working creatively with appraisers (drive-by or desktop appraisals) and home inspectors (extending time periods for the inspection or only the inspector going to the home)
Clients & Friends:
- With the stock market fluctuating, many people choose to invest in real estate properties instead. Call us today to discuss the benefits of rental properties.
- Please feel free to reach out to us whether it is for a real estate need or not. How can we help you during this time?
