Choosing our realtor was by no means a slam dunk when we made the decision to sell. At least three contenders stood out from the pack. What was it that made us pick Ron and Carol Young? Was it the fact that Carol sold us the very same house 40 years earlier? That helped! How about the yummy Thanksgiving pies that we had enjoyed the previous few years? Score another point for the Young’s! Then add their knowledge of the entire selling/buying process and their ability to explain it all so that you understand it, really understand it! We also loved the way they invited input without insisting you follow their lead all the time. For example, while Carol had a suggested selling price in her head, she made sure to ask our opinion first and go from there. It was obvious they love their jobs, and their enthusiasm was contagious. They were an absolute pleasure to work with.
There is so much more I could add about Ron and Carol, but let me give give credit where credit is also due — with Office Manager Olivia Pitkow. She makes the whole process so much more pleasant than it might otherwise be. She is the ultimate Stress Buster! She simply can’t be topped as the team member who supplies the nuts and bolts — the basics — every step of the way. She is extraordinarily good at her job. You will agree for sure.

BTW, we enjoyed the experience with the Ron Young Team so much that we wish we could move all over again — kidding!!! But, seriously, they met every expectation to our complete satisfaction. It was a tough choice at first, but we made the right one.
