My experience with the Young team began one Sunday morning when I decided that it was time that I sell my home. I had two pretty bad experiences with previous realtors and was in search of someone who was knowledgeable, professional and worked with integrity. During my
google search, a list of Dave Ramsey approved agents came up with Ron and Carol listed alongside a few others. I called ALL agents listed and Ron Young called me back within the hour. This was characteristic of the Young team’s communication skills and prompt responses throughout the entire process.
Ron visited my home and gave me a detailed assessment of the property and how he thought the market would respond to it. Ron was more than just an agent, he was an advocate. He truly wanted the best possible outcome for me and he worked hard to that end. If he recommended something, it was often accompanied with a referral that reflected reflected the Young team’s level of excellence.
The team works like a well-oiled machine. Next, I met with Carol Young would walked me through comps, timelines, financials, minor projects, staging advice, COVID protocols. Carol is the kindest person and her deep experience in real estate will leave you with confidence knowing that you are indeed in good hands.
Next up, you will meet team member, Olivia. Olivia made the process so smooth with her 5 star customer service personality and professionalism. She is truly a jack of all trades and nothing slips through the cracks with her. Olivia is AMAZING!
Then we have sweet spirited Jamie. She guided us all the way to the settlement table. She is the master of the timeline and deliverables. She, like all of the Young team, was willing to help in any way possible.
I would say that the Young team is the ‘Chic-Fil-A”, “Nordstrom’s” or “Ritz Carlton” of real estate.
Enough said…this team is world class, white-glove, 5 STAR.
